Choosing lean meats as opposed to fattier meats decreases both calorie and fat intake!
Additionally, red and processed meats may lead to increased risk of colorectal cancer – which is second leading cause of cancer related deaths in American men and women!
So to decrease calorie and fat intake intake and improve your overall wellness, count the legs when choosing your meats!
